For registration to attend the EPRBioDose 2026, Ottawa, Canada from August 30th - September 3rd, 2026, please use the online registration form and the payment link provided below:

Registration fees for participants and students include:
- Participation in the scientific program
- Abstract book
- Lunch fee during conference
- Ice-breaker on Sunday, August 30th, 2026
- Conference banquet on Wednesday, September 2nd, 2026
- Certificate of Participation

- Please note that no certificate of participation will be issued
Confirmation and Payment:
- Please make payment on the IABERD website after completing registration form
- Confirmation of payment will be automatically sent immediately
Important note
- Please note that accommodation is not part of the registration fee.
- By participating or attending this event, you agree that you may appear on photos and/or videos which might be used for IABERD's public relations activities.
Refund Policy
- 100% refund until July 31, 2026.
- 50% refund between July 31 and August 31, 2026.
- No refund after August 31, 2026.
- No refund for Banquet tickets after August 21, 2026.
- Please note that there will be a $45 (CAD) service charge on any refunds
Travel Awards
- Must submit Abstract before April 1st, 2026 to be eligible
- Winners will be announced on April 30th, 2026
Student Award
- All students are eligible to apply, provided they are enrolled at the time of the conference (for example, those graduating before September 2026 are not eligible). To compete, please submit your abstract with the subject line “EPRBioDose abstract –Student – surname”, and include a letter of support from the supervisor stating the university affiliation and year of study in order to confirm student status
Early Career Scientist Award
- All early career scientists are eligible to apply, provided they are within 8 years of their last degree at the time of the conference . To compete, please submit your abstract with the subject line “EPRBioDose abstract –ECS – surname”
