Download the abstract template here for instructions on how to format and submit your abstract. The deadline for travel award consideration is April 1st, 2026, and for all other abstracts May 1st, 2026.

 

Travel Awards

  • Must submit Abstract before April 1st, 2026 to be eligible
  • Winners will be announced on April 30th, 2026

Student Award

  • All students are eligible to apply, provided they are enrolled at the time of the conference (for example, those graduating before September 2026 are not eligible). To compete, please submit your abstract with the subject line “EPRBioDose abstract –Student – surname”, and include a letter of support from the supervisor stating the university affiliation and year of study in order to confirm student status

Early Career Scientist Award

  • All early career scientists are eligible to apply, provided they are within 8 years of their last degree at the time of the conference . To compete, please submit your abstract with the subject line “EPRBioDose abstract –ECS – surname”
